2. Fabric Purchases
Uncut, unwashed, and undamaged fabrics can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the fabric arrived defective.
3. Tailored Items
Because custom-tailored items are made specifically to your measurements, we cannot accept returns or offer full refunds on these items unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or failure to follow the provided measurements on our end.
4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
